Esrom Nyandoro lands coaching job at Mamelodi Sundowns

Mamelodi Sundowns have parted ways with legend, Alex Bapela, and have replaced him with veteran midfielder, Esrom Nyandoro.

‘Barnes’ was demoted from his position as head of the MultiChoice Diski Challenge team ahead of the 2015/16 season. The former midfielder made his grievances with the situation known and has now parted ways with the Chloorkop-based outfit.

Bapela has been replaced by former Warriors midfielder Esrom Nyandoro. Nyandoro’s appointment comes at a time the club have been looking for a role to give the Zimbabwean who offered the club 11 years of service.

With Bapela’s departure, Nyandoro has been handed his former role as assistant coach of the MDC side and will be working alongside Notoane.
