The Ruvhuvhute sisters was a group comprising of Plaxedes Wenyika, Ivy Kombo, Fortune Matenga and the late Jackie Madondo. The melodious voices of these ladies echoed a great tune celebrating one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, Victoria falls, which happens to be in Zimbabwe. The song encouraged people to visit the falls and experience Zimbabweans beauty and culture.

3 Simon Chimbetu -Ndarangarira Gamba.

This song went back in time and drew listeners bacj to the days of the liberation war in Zimbabwe. It was a sad song, that relived the moments when guerilla fighters passed away in battle, the emotion attached to theirparting words and the words of encouragement to fellow comrades.

4 Soul Jah love- Zimbabwe nyika yedu.

The song was released during the days of the late former president Robert Mugabe. The song also highlighted the significance of the liberation war and celebrated the natural resources of Zim.

5 Pax Afro- Let it play.

Pax Afro was a group managed by former minister of Information and publicity Jonathan Moyo. Their song Let it play celebrated African culture as a whole and the lyrics highlighted how an African dance gathering would be conducted.
